Instructions must be followed while submitting Scholarship Form


  • Applicant should be in 10th standard Student or above.
  • Fill the form completely and correctly.
  • Attach the Last Year Mark-sheet and Current Year Bonafide Certificate /admission fee Receipt with the form which is compulsory.
  • If you don’t have Aadhaar Card, then attach any ID Proof / Address Proof (i.e. Election card,Driving Licence)
  • Last date for submitting the application form with all documents is 10th September 2025.
  • Students those who don’t have Bank details in such cases they can give their parents name & bank details.
  • The Beneficiary Students are requested to refund the given Scholarship amount when they will settle in career
    so that we can provide that amount to more another needy students.  Acceptance of application - applicant must fulfill all information correctly with all required documents.
  • Referrer Letter should be on Maheshwari organisation letter head It is mandatory otherwise form will be rejected.
  • All rights of providing or not providing scholarship will be reserve with committee members.

  • Uploaded all documents will be accepted only in JPG Images format and image max size should be upto 2 MB. With Rotate 
  • All attached documents required to be properly scanned with color scanner, clear & readable proper size. Like
           1) Marklist in A4 Size (Which clearly mention last academic year i.e. 2024-2025)
           2) Fee Receipt or Bonafied certificate of Institution/college Max A4 size with clearly mentioned for Academic Year 2025-2026 duly stamped & signed.
           3) Photo ID like Aadhaar Card with front/back Max A4 Size
          4) Bank details like Pass Book scanned copy up to A4 Size.
          5) Photograph must be of Passport Size
          6) Reference Letter issued must be on color Letter Head of Local Social Organisation (mandatory) clearly mention name, address of organisation & with name & phone nos. of  local organizing committee members as per enclosed format only. (Refer Annexure enclosed)
